1. The PLU website is protected by law ( all rights reserved). The content of the website, especially texts, graphics, images, logos and symbols are protected in Germany by author, company and brand rights. Pages and/or parts of the PLU website can be downloaded or printed, as long as the reference to the author right or other reference on the property rights aren´t deleted. 


2. It is prohibited to copy the PLU website (as a whole or in parts) in order to distribute or sell them (on electronic or any other way), to change them or to use them or to create links to this website. 


3. It is prohibited to transfer parts of the PLU website, to distribute it, to save or destroy it because this would harm the rights of intellectual property or other criminal regulations.

In case of a breach of the general using conditions or an abuse of the website, PLU holds the right to end the relations by law with the user of the website immediately and without further warnings totally or partly.  PLU especially holds the right to delete all data contained or which the user entered immediately and without warnings. Here the latter don´t have any right on compensation. PLU holds the right to prohibit access to their website.

 

5. As a user of the PLU website, the user is reliable for the entered data as well as for the consequence of the data sending. Although PLU strives to get information from sources which are reliable to them, they don´t guarantee the correctness, reliability and completeness of all information and indications on the website. The information and indications published on the PLU website are provided by PLU for information purpose and can be changed without advance notice. 

 

6. PLU controls neither the content nor the quality, nor the legitimacy of the job offers or personality profiles of the candidates on their website. Furthermore we neither check the correctness nor the temporal validity of the information on the website. 

 

7. The PLU website can contain inaccuracies or typing and graphical errors. PLU isn´t reliable for damage caused by those. 

 

8.The PLU website gives employers information on vacant positions and job seekers the possibilty to send their personality profiles or "job wanted" advertisements. PLU isn´t part of probable legal relations between employer and employee in this case. 

 

9. PLU can´t be made reliable, especially in case of negligence in no way for loss or damage. This applies amongst other things for direct, indirect damage or consequential damage, which might arise by the access to the website, its usage, its visit or searching or by its link to other websites. .

 

10.Using certain links to the PLU website, you might leave the PLU website. PLU didn´t check any of the linked websites and won´t do that and won´t be reliable neither for the content of those websites nor for the products, service or other performance  which are offered on those websites. If other internet pages are visited via the PLU website, you do this on your own responsibility. 

 

11. You mustn´t consider information on the PLU website as a concrete offer for a contract of employment or as a recommendation for a certain position or as a employment of a certain job-seeker.

13.Certain service offered on the PLU website expect that the user publishes especially personal data such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, personal and professional situation. By indicating their data, the user agrees that his data is saved and evaluated for statistical purpose.
